What are the required documents for the registration?
No documents are required during the initial online registration.
Do I still register as a new student even though I am a student at the previous cycle?
No, you will register as a returnee
After verification, you will receive an email with instructions to enter your registrant ID and attach proof of payment.
Why is my account archived even if I already paid the down payment or full payment?
Your account is temporarily archived because there are still ongoing students in the current cycle. Don’t worry — you’ll be able to access your account again one day before your enrolled cycle starts.
Can I cancel my registration anytime?
Yes, but please note that once payment is made, it is non-refundable, as stated in our terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are located at the registration form.
What information will I need to provide when registering my child at SparkLab?
When registering, you will need to provide basic information about your child, such as their full name, birthdate, and any relevant health or allergy details. We
also need your basic information such as your email and full name as well as your contact information so we can send updates and confirmations.
Is my data safe with SparkLab?
Yes, all data is handled securely and used only for program administration.

It has five (5) sessions in every cycle
What is SparkLab’s Toddler playgroup program for?
SparkLab’s Toddler playgroup program is for toddlers who lacked communication with other people, showed signs of autism, and has delayed speech development. But your child can still join even without those that are mentioned.
What activities will my child do at SparkLab?
At SparkLab, each session mixes learning and play:
5–10 min: Free play
10 min: Circle time
25 min: Hands-on activities
10 min: Snack
5–10 min: Free play
This balance encourages creativity, learning, and social interaction.
